My Corner Butcher uses Joyce Farms as their supplier of beef and chicken. Their animals are grassfed, never given antibiotics or artificial ingredients, no hormones are introduced, and they are never fed animal by-products. Hickory Nut Gap bacon is made from pork raised without antibiotics, never injected with hormones, and is free-roaming and grassfed. Pork chops are sourced from our all-natural producer in the state, Villari Foods.
