Our Ground Beef is made from ground chuck which comes from the Chuck primal, a large section at the front of the cattle that includes the neck, shoulder and upper portions of the chest. Chuck meat is relatively high in connective tissue and fat, which contributes to a rich flavor and tender, juicy grind.
